ORObiz Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ORObiz These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, website (www.orobiz.net), and membership programs. By using ORObiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.ORObiz reserves all rights to modify, change or delete all or part of these Terms and Conditions with our without prior notice. All the users are required to be well aware of the Terms and Conditions of ORObiz


Definitions

“ORObiz” refers to the business networking platform owned and operated by Nass Online Practise Pvt. Ltd.

“Member" or "Associate” refers to an individual or business entity registered with ORObiz.

“Services” include digital marketing, SEO, business networking, and other business enhancement solutions offered by ORObiz.

“Website” refers to www.orobiz.net and all associated subdomains.


ORObiz Membership Eligibility

  • Membership is open to legally registered business owners.
  • Only one member per business category is allowed in a group to ensure exclusivity.
  • Existing members have the right to challenge the inclusion of a new member within their category.
  • ORObiz reserves the right to approve or reject membership applications.

Membership Fees and Subscriptions

  • Annual membership fee is based on the number of Associates in the Division
  • 01 to 10 Associates (L-1) – 12,000 Including GST
  • 11 to 20 Associates (L-2) – 16,000 Including GST
  • 21 to 30 Associates (L-3) – 21,000 Including GST
  • 31 to 40 Associates (L-4) – 26,000 Including GST
  • 41 and above Associates (L-5) – 31,000 Including GST
  • Monthly subscription fee: INR 2,360.
  • Membership renewal is based on the Level of the ORObiz Division
  • Non-payment of Renewal Fees and Subscription Fees may result in suspension or termination of membership.
  • Renewal Fees to be remitted within the renewal date. A grace period of 15 days will be allowed for renewal.
  • Subscription Fees to be paid within 5th of each month in advance

Member Responsibilities

  • Members are expected to actively participate in networking meetings, events, and other ORObiz activities.
  • Members must provide business references and collaborate with fellow members.
  • Members should offer reasonable discounts to businesses referred by other members.
  • Any unethical business practices may lead to termination of membership.

ORObiz Activity Points System

  • Taking Membership: 10000 points
  • Meeting attendance: 1000 points
  • Meeting punctuality: 500 points
  • Adhering to dress code: 200 points
  • Business presentations: 500 points
  • Inviting new Business Owners to meeting: 200 points
  • Member Family visit: 500 points
  • Member Business Reference: 200 points
  • Member Business Ref. Conversion: 500 points
  • Member Business visit: 200 points
  • Payment of Subscription Fees: 2000 points
  • Payment of Subscription Fees within 5th of every month: 1000 points
  • Referring new members: 5000 points
  • Website logins and activity: 100 points per interaction

ORObiz Activity Points Deduction System

  • Activity points of previous 12 months will only be considered. After 12th month, the first month points will be deducted, after 13th month the second month points will be deducted and so on
  • Absent in a meeting: -1000 points
  • Late Payment of Subscription Fees: -100 points per day
  • Non-payment of Subscription Fees beyond 15th of the month: -100 points per day and Inactivation of login
  • Non-payment of Subscription Fees beyond 30th of the month: -100 points per day, Inactivation of login and suspension of services

Use of ORObiz Services

  • Social media handling FREE of cost with two posters and one graphic video of 30 to 60 seconds with background music per month.
  • The contents like pics or photos, video clippings etc should be provided by the Member
  • Two edits or corrections will be Free, above which additional charges are applicable
  • Two FREE paid promotion campaigns per month.
  • Free SEO for members’ websites to enhance search visibility, for one year.
  • Any additional social media activities can be availed at a 50% discount on service charges.
  • Members may not misuse ORObiz services for illegal or unethical activities.

ORObiz Member Ranking System

ORObiz provides a ranking system for members based on their achieved points:

  • Bronze – Up to 30,000 points
  • Silver Star – 30,001 to 60,000 points
  • Gold Star – 60,001 to 1,10,000 points
  • Platinum Star – 1,10,001 to 2,10,000 points
  • Diamond Star – 2,10,001 points and above
  • Members earn points through networking, referrals, event participation, and other ORObiz activities.
  • Higher ranks provide increased visibility, leadership opportunities, and exclusive benefits within ORObiz
  • Rankings are updated periodically based on accumulated points.
  • ORObiz reserves the right to modify the ranking criteria as needed.

ORObiz Structure

  • Division: Members from different categories, expected 10 to 50 members.
  • City: Five or more divisions within a revenue district.
  • State: Eight or more cities within a state.
  • Zone: Constituted by five or more states.
  • Nation: Constituted by two or more zones.

ORObiz Leaders Levels and Opportunities

Leaders are selected from members based on their activity points. Each office term lasts for six months.

  • Division Head: Pays only 50% of the monthly subscription during their term.
  • City Head: Pays only 50% of the monthly subscription during their term.
  • State Head: No monthly subscription, receives travel allowance for meetings outside their home city.
  • Zonal Head: No monthly subscription, receives travel and accommodation allowance for meetings outside their home city.
  • National Head: No monthly subscription, receives travel and accommodation allowance for meetings outside their home city.

Honouring Members' Family Achievements

  • ORObiz recognizes and honours the achievements of members' children, grandchildren, and spouses in academics and other fields.
  • Honours will be presented during official ORObiz meetings or special functions.
  • Members must submit details of the achievement along with supporting documents for verification.
  • Achievements include academic excellence, sports, arts, innovation, or any notable accomplishment.
  • ORObiz reserves the right to approve or decline any nomination based on merit and relevance.
  • Honours are purely for recognition and do not carry any monetary reward.
  • Members must ensure that the achievements submitted are genuine and not misrepresented.
  • The decision of ORObiz in granting honours will be final and binding.

Termination of ORObiz Membership

  • Membership may be terminated for violations of these terms, unethical behavior, or inactivity.
  • Members may voluntarily withdraw but will not be entitled to refunds.
  • ORObiz reserves the right to terminate any membership without prior notice if the member engages in misconduct.

ORObiz Refund Policy

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.
  • Partial refunds (50%) may be considered if a member withdraws within seven days of payment.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.
  • Membership can be carried over to legal heirs.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
