ORObiz Refund Policy
Membership Fees
- Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.
- If a member withdraws within 7 days of payment, a partial refund (50%) may be considered.
Subscription Fees
- Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.
- If a member cancels before renewal, the cancellation takes effect the next billing cycle.
Service Fees
- Fees for digital marketing, SEO, and other services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
- If a service is not delivered as promised, a refund may be considered based on the service agreement.
Event and Meeting Fees
- Fees for special events or training sessions are non-refundable unless canceled by ORObiz.
Dispute Resolution
- Any refund requests should be submitted to support@orobiz.net with relevant details.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days.
