ORObiz Refund Policy

Membership Fees

• Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.
• If a member withdraws within 7 days of payment, a partial refund (50%) may be considered.

Subscription Fees

• Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.
• If a member cancels before renewal, the cancellation takes effect the next billing cycle.

Service Fees

• Fees for digital marketing, SEO, and other services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
• If a service is not delivered as promised, a refund may be considered based on the service agreement.

Event and Meeting Fees

• Fees for special events or training sessions are non-refundable unless canceled by ORObiz.

Dispute Resolution

• Any refund requests should be submitted to support@orobiz.net with relevant details.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days.
